چکیده
The ability to dope transition metal dichalcogenides such as tungsten diselenide (WSe2) with magnetic atoms in a controlled manner has motivated intense research the aim of generating dilute semiconductors. In this work, semiconducting WSe2 monolayers, substitutionally doped vanadium atoms, are investigated using low-temperature luminescence and optoelectronic spectroscopy. V-dopants lead p-type doping character an impurity-related emission ?160 meV below neutral exciton, both which scale nominal percentage V-dopants. Measurements field-effect devices 0.3% V-doped demonstrate bipolar carrier tunability. monolayers display clear hysteresis transport measurements under illumination without illumination, whereas valley polarization excitons reveals nonlinear g-factor within experimental uncertainty. Hence, work on provides crucial insights concerning suitable characterization methods properties 2D materials.

Seed growth of tungsten diselenide nanotubes from tungsten oxides.
We report growth of tungsten diselenide (WSe2) nanotubes by chemical vapor deposition with a two-zone furnace. WO3 nanowires were first grown by annealing tungsten thin films under argon ambient. WSe2 nanotubes were then grown at the tips of WO3 nanowires through selenization via two steps: (i) formation of tubular WSe2 structures on the outside of WO3 nanowires, resulting in core (WO3)-shell (...

This paper presents a systematic study of intrinsic characteristics of layered two-dimensional transitionmetal dichalcogenides, with a focus on molybdenum disulfide, molybdenum diselenide, and tungsten diselenide. Recent advances in high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) have made atomic-resolution imaging possible, thus enabling one to closely examine real and reciprocal spac...
متن کاملMagnetic field dependent electro-conductivity of the graphite doped magnetorheological plastomers.
In this work we reported a novel graphite doped conductive magnetorheological plastomer (GMRP) with magnetic field dependent electro-conductivity. The conductivity of the GMRPs increased by increasing the content of the graphite particles, while it decreased with the graphite size. When the graphite content reached 15 wt%, the conductivity of GMRPs is approximately 10 000 times higher than the ...
